SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and will be calculated prior to the completion of the order.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air (red) and Second Day Air (blue) are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Service at 800-264-5623 for further pricing.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be within 30 days and must include a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call Customer Service at 800-264-5623 to obtain the RA number to include on the outside of the return packaging.
Products must be returned in saleable condition to receive credit. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
Please report defective products immediately. A full credit, including shipping, will be made upon the receipt of the defective products.
WARRANTY
Topaz Medical provides a six month warranty on our medicine balls and a one year warranty on our rebounder and Plyo-Sled™. All other products are covered by the manufacturer standard warranty.
